Description

You will lead enterprise data science and Generative AI initiatives across Claims, Product, Risk, and Contact Centers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and discovery for large multi-team projects using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Define project scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Partner with business, engineering, product, vendors, and academia to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Research and apply emerging AI technologies and open-source tools to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in a Lead or Senior Data Scientist role.
• Strong proficiency in Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in Data Science leadership and team coordination.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, MCP, LangFuse, and LiteLLM.
• Background in research and market awareness within the AI domain.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI agents in production environments.
