You will lead data science initiatives focused on generative AI, owning project delivery, model design, and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead small GenAI projects and Proofs of Concept.
• Review model design and data pipeline implementation.
• Mentor junior team members and support RAG use case implementation.
• Ensure scalable and reusable component design.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in ML and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with cloud services and scalable ML infrastructure (EKS, Lambda).
• Proficiency in model experimentation and performance tuning.
• Any Graduate degree.
