Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and analytics engagements for enterprise clients, managing cross-functional teams and technical direction.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own program planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting for AI engagements.
• Lead cross-functional teams of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and BI analysts across onshore and offshore workstreams.
• Define and govern delivery frameworks for agentic AI systems, ensuring production-readiness and accuracy.
• Provide technical direction for LLM and agentic AI pipelines, including context engineering and tool orchestration.
• Review solution architectures for scalability, latency, and integration with enterprise data platforms.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data and AI consulting or enterprise technology delivery.
• 3+ years in a senior client-facing leadership role.
• Hands-on experience delivering NLP, LLM, or agentic AI solutions in production enterprise environments.
• Strong working knowledge of machine learning and ML model development/evaluation.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs across diverse technical and business stakeholders.
• Executive-level communication skills for presenting to VP and SVP audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
