You will lead data science projects and mentor a team to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data scientists, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models, statistical analyses, and predictive algorithms.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for acquisition, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Propose and implement development standards to ensure consistency and quality across the data science lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a data science role with a record of deploying machine learning solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas and Numpy.
• Expertise in Data Modeling.
• Experience with Tensorflow and Pytorch.
• Proficiency in SQL using Mysql, Postgresql, or Sql Server.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
