Description

Lead enterprise data protection initiatives through the design and implementation of DLP and CASB strategies across cloud and on-prem environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect data discovery, classification, and protection programs for enterprise-wide security.
• Lead DLP investigations and support compliance initiatives with technical evidence.
• Integrate telemetry into detection platforms and drive threat hunting for data exfiltration.
• Evaluate security tools and vendors to strengthen the data security stack.
• Mentor security team members and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data security or information protection.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview, including Data Labeling and eDiscovery.
• Proficiency with Varonis and Zscaler CASB/DLP platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, lifecycle management, and encryption/key management.
• Experience with cloud security platforms and data classification tools.
• Ability to lead technical investigations and communicate effectively with executives.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Strategic thinking and proven leadership in mentoring security engineers.
