Description

You will own end-to-end data validation and assurance for data migration, transformation, and consolidation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data validation across migration, transformation, and consolidation efforts.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable data validation plans.
• Review Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents to confirm transformation accuracy and lineage.
• Perform SQL analysis and reconciliation across Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Design and execute data quality test plans, including record-count checks and exception handling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data assurance, ETL testing, or data migration validation.
• Advanced SQL skills for profiling, transformation validation, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency in ETL tools including Informatica, DataStage, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue.
• Demonstrated understanding of Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) and transformation logic validation.
• Exposure to data analytics validation using Tableau, Power BI, or OBIEE.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks using JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading small teams or coordinating distributed QA/ETL resources.
• Familiarity with data governance, data lineage, and quality frameworks.
