Description

You will lead the database administration function for enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases.
• Lead and mentor the DBA team, managing workload and development.
• Manage daily operations including patching, hardening, backups, and health checks.
• Oversee incident management, resolving P1/P2 issues to meet SLAs.
• Direct disaster recovery, migration, and upgrade projects while ensuring ITIL compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL database administration.
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
• Expertise with Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and MySQL.
• Proven leadership experience managing DBA teams in enterprise settings.
• Experience monitoring Oracle Exadata / ExaCC environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.
