You will lead the team in building, optimizing, and maintaining the data platform, including scalable pipelines for streaming, batch, and real-time analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineers in developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
• Optimize data capture, ingestion, and processing workflows for analytics and intelligence.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate feature stores and implement data preparation workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering secure cloud solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile Methodology.
• Expertise in Data Pipelines design and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven communication skills for cross-team alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
