Description

Lead Databricks engineering efforts, own the release pipeline, and mentor junior developers while overseeing technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain ETL pipelines using Databricks and PySpark.
• Manage database integrations with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Deploy and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Provide team oversight and technical guidance for engineering tasks.
• Ensure data integrity and performance across financial and operational datasets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a senior Databricks developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and deployment patterns.
• Experience administering or developing against Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives or mentor team members.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in financial services.
