You will lead the design and delivery of business intelligence solutions, focusing on workforce optimization and operational reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain insightful Tableau dashboards that support decision-making for workforce optimization.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data for reporting and monitoring needs.
• Manage data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all reporting outputs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and prioritize delivery against available bandwidth.
• Mentor junior team members, remove blockers, and establish controls-oriented processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau for designing interactive and visually compelling dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proven experience in data validation, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills for updates and risk reporting.
• Experience in workforce analytics, capacity planning, or operational reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python and PySpark for data processing and analytics.
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools for analytics enhancement.
