Description

You will lead the development of dbt data models and pipelines, owning core workflow implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement dbt models using data warehousing best practices.
• Write complex, optimized SQL queries and maintain data model integrity.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and modular architecture.
• Manage version control workflows using Git for collaborative development.
• Collaborate on cloud platform data warehousing strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering or data engineering experience.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Hands-on experience with dbt core concepts and workflow management.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles.
• Practical experience with cloud data platforms.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Ability to write clean, tested, and reusable code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with W2 employment structures.
