Description

Lead design efforts for infrastructure utilities planning and deliver technical solutions aligned with client scope and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate design briefs into technical requirements and actionable engineering solutions.
• Develop project deliverables, including detailed drawings and reports, adhering to budget and quality constraints.
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate within the BIM/CAD team to identify and resolve complex design problems.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to improve team capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in design roles.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Strong background in Civil Engineering Drafting.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within the infrastructure sector.
