Description

You will lead the Tech Lounge team as a technical lead and player-coach, providing white-glove support for executives and all employee levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 10+ employees to improve efficiency and support process accuracy.
  • Act as Incident Manager for high-priority IT incidents and interface with leadership to solve complex issues.
  • Lead weekly IT onboarding sessions for new hires, contract conversions, and rehires.
  • Triage, resolve, and escalate technical issues while maintaining documentation, runbooks, and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to refine processes, implement policies, and consult on technical projects.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in technical support and managing teams of 10 or more people.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android environments.
  • Deep knowledge of OS concepts, Active Directory, and Endpoint management solutions.
  • Experience with OU and Security Group management within Active Directory.
  • Proficiency using ticketing software to track, isolate, and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and real-world applications.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and policies to non-technical users.
  • Capacity to lift 50lbs and travel up to 15% of the time.
