You will lead technical development, mentor a team, and architect distributed systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and mentor developers to foster technical excellence.
• Design and develop user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Manage database design and performance tuning within SQL Server.
• Architect distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
• Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Expertise in RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD for GitOps.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Dynatrace.
