Lead development and delivery of high-performance systems handling millions of daily transactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver scalable systems using Spring, REST, SQL, Hibernate, MyBatis, and MQ.
• Drive performance optimization, debugging, and memory profiling for critical components.
• Collaborate with product management and QA to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor team members on Java development best practices and design patterns.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 11/17, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Deep experience with Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring AOP.
• Expertise with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Hibernate/MyBatis, JDBC, and JPA.
• Familiarity with distributed messaging (JMS) and multi-threaded server-side development.
• Experience with unit testing using Spring Boot Test, Mockito, and JUnit.
• Knowledge of distributed transactions (JTAs, Atomikos).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with cloud and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Ext JS, React) and UI design.
