Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Manage integration with external systems and data sources.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure implementation quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in IT Service Management and ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Development, including JavaScript.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM best practices and frameworks.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Must hold proper ServiceNow ITSM Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education.
• 3 years tenure in current or previous roles.
