Lead technical projects and data-driven initiatives focused on omni-channel customer analysis and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to direct reports, including first-line managers and supervisors.
• Lead strategy for customer analysis, insights, and the development of short and long-term testing strategies.
• Use quantitative analysis to develop hypotheses for customer engagement initiatives.
• Manage projects with strong technical and data-driven components.
• Convert complex use cases into actionable data attributes and present analysis results with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, and Dataiku.
• Experience using Dremio for data analysis.
• Strong capability in Excel and quantitative analysis.
• Ability to map data attributes with TP systems.
• Understanding of banking products.
• Experience driving process improvement through consultative techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MicroStrategy (MSTR).
