You will lead the development and delivery of complex, high-performance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver systems using Spring, REST, SQL, Hibernate, MyBatis, and MQ.
• Drive scalability and performance optimization for systems processing millions of transactions daily.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Own critical system components and mentor team members on best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 11/17 and advanced concepts (data structures, algorithms, design patterns).
• Expertise with the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring AOP).
• Experience with distributed messaging systems (JMS) and multi-threaded server-side development.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies: Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Hibernate/MyBatis, JDBC, and JPA.
• Proven experience in Java performance tuning, debugging, and memory profiling.
• Familiarity with unit testing using Spring Boot Test, Mockito, and JUnit.
• Knowledge of distributed transactions (JTA, Atomikos, or Narayana).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with cloud and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Ext JS, React).
