Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions while managing technical delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop RPA and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate or UiPath.
• Review offshore delivery team deliverables to coach design and implementation standards.
• Lead release management processes, including Change Approval and Architecture Review Board documentation.
• Guide infrastructure teams to support automation deployment and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a lead developer focused on automation.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop flows, Cloud flows) or UiPath.
• Experience building Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure PaaS, including configuring resource groups and storage accounts.
• Experience leveraging AI for automation, specifically Azure OpenAI or UiPath AI.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Strong ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams using agile methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building deployment pipelines and DevOps scripting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Logic Apps or Python.
