You will lead the development of scalable web applications and guide technical direction for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build web applications using Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development lifecycle.
• Oversee Git repository management, branching strategies, and version control.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement security best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience as a lead developer or technical lead.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Proficiency with Git and repository management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
