Description

Lead technical design and development for enterprise data warehousing projects. You will translate business requirements into technical designs and own the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate data mapping documents and business requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL code following established best practices and standards.
• Create and execute unit test plans while supporting regression and system testing.
• Debug and resolve issues identified during testing or in production environments.
• Manage onshore and offshore development teams and communicate blockers to the project team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in ETL development delivering data to Oracle and SQL databases.
• 7+ years of experience leading development teams.
• 7+ years of experience writing PL/SQL queries.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.
• Proficiency with ETL, AWS cloud technologies, and data controls.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, IBM DataStage, Infogix, PL/SQL Developer, Snowflake, and ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree or military experience in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining future state roadmaps.
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry supporting regulatory data teams.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, risk management, and Identity & Access Management.
