Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, client-centric solutions. Guide development teams through the project lifecycle while ensuring technical standards and code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable systems using Python, React, and Node.js.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Analyze technical requirements and define system architecture for existing and new systems.
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system capabilities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, React, and Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres, Cloud SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience with Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Proven expertise in NLP, Smart Bots, and Generative AI integration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
