Description

You will lead the development of cloud-ready applications and messaging systems within a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SOA and microservices using REST and SOAP.
• Develop and maintain messaging systems using Kafka and MQ.
• Build and optimize components using Java, Spring frameworks, and SQL.
• Manage data processing for XML, JSON, delimited, and fixed-length files.
• Debug, tune, and optimize application components for performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Extensive experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security, Spring Web, and Spring Data.
• Proficiency in RESTful services and SOAP.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle; experience with Aurora DB.
• Deep understanding of Java OOOD/OOP, Design Patterns, Threading, Collections, and Exception Handling.
• Hands-on experience with JDBC and message-oriented middleware.
• Working knowledge of AWS services including R53, S3, EKS, Private Link, VPC, DNS, NLB, ALB, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, Transit Gateway, and IAM.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Tekton, Harness, and Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills

• PL/SQL programming expertise.
• Experience developing applications in the Financial Services industry.
