Description

Lead the design and development of document automation solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop TTA solutions including Process Designer, Document Capture, and Forms Designer.
• Lead OCR and intelligent capture implementations using Azure OCR and OmniPage, covering classification, extraction, validation, and document separation.
• Perform .NET-centric development using C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript for custom components and UI logic.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and SQL.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to development teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) including Process Designer, Document Capture, and Forms Designer.
• Strong .NET development skills in C# and VB.NET.
• Experience with JavaScript for scripting and UI logic.
• Hands-on experience with OCR engines: Azure OCR and OmniPage.
• Knowledge of classification, extraction techniques, validation rules, and document separation.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and SQL.
• Awareness of configuration and infrastructure, including IIS and authentication.

Preferred Skills

• Domain experience in Life Insurance or Financial Services.
• Experience with enterprise-scale document automation or intelligent capture programs.
