Description

You will act as a technical lead for a 20-person team building a new members portal from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in creating project deliverables using Java/J2EE.
• Work directly with clients and users to define the full scope of requirements.
• Communicate technical solutions, project updates, and presentations to PMs and business leaders.
• Drive architecture and development within an Agile environment using User Stories.
• Identify relevant standards, policies, and practices across diverse environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of senior experience across the full development life cycle, from architecture through deployment and testing.
• Strong technical proficiency in Angular, API, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, and Oracle databases.
• Ability to work in a front-end heavy full-stack capacity.
• Proven ability to articulate and direct technical decisions professionally.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to travel to Philadelphia, PA every 4-6 weeks for on-site cradle meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices, ETL, and database design or modeling.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies and Security.
• Healthcare industry experience.
