You will lead a team to build, deploy, and manage custom Salesforce solutions, including integrations and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers, managing task assignment and workflow efficiency.
• Build and deploy custom Lightning Web Component (LWC) solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
• Implement security best practices and manage Salesforce APIs.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and mobile-ready components.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge of Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration tools.
• Practical understanding of Salesforce security best practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce mobile development.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
