Description

Lead end-to-end application design, development, testing, and deployment for enterprise web applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and quality controls for the team.
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for scalable web applications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to security, performance, and maintainability standards.
• Drive technical discussions and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in React JS, Node JS, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
• Strong background in designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience building reusable components, APIs, microservices, and shared libraries.
• Ability to integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in production environments.
• Track record of optimizing application performance and security.
