Lead technical efforts to stabilize and modernize legacy systems across Legal, Compliance, and HR applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GitHub repositories and existing artifacts to document technical design and code flow.
• Resolve systemic issues, known bugs, and production incidents with well-tested code improvements.
• Implement proactive notification systems, monitoring controls, and exception handling.
• Build automation and self-serve capabilities to futureproof support and business operations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Experience working with Node.js.
• Experience with Angular.
• Practical knowledge of AWS.
• Ability to build automated DevOps pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience managing and improving legacy systems.
