Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through complex development cycles.
• Own end-to-end development using Python and React JS.
• Manage project tracking and technical communication.
• Implement DevOps practices within the deployment pipeline.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Python development.
• Front-end development experience using React JS.
• Hands-on DevOps experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of: .NET, SQL, Java, or Angular.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Proven experience in team leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Telecom industry.
