Description

You will provide technical leadership across development, quality engineering, and automation initiatives. Own and evolve automation and test architecture, including frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure. Contribute directly to UI and backend development using modern technologies. Set engineering standards and best practices across teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and manage complex projects from conception to delivery.
• Design and implement robust frontend applications using React and/or Angular.
• Develop backend services using Java 17+ and leverage modern language features.
• Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, including ECS, EC2, DynamoDB, and serverless solutions.
• Integrate AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into engineering workflows for testing and automation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in frontend frameworks, specifically React and/or Angular.
• Advanced backend development skills using Java 17+.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, EC2, DynamoDB, and serverless architectures.
• Proven experience applying AI and LLMs in engineering environments, including AI-assisted testing and automation.
• Ability to set engineering standards and best practices across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with additional cloud providers or containerization technologies beyond AWS ECS.
