Description

Provide technical leadership for development, quality engineering, and automation initiatives while owning the automation architecture and contributing to UI and backend code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and manage complex projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Own and evolve automation frameworks, tooling, and test infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain UI and backend systems using React, Angular, and Java 17+.
• Set engineering standards and best practices across teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in frontend frameworks: React and/or Angular.
• Advanced backend development skills using Java 17+ and modern language features.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, EC2, DynamoDB, and serverless solutions.
• Experience applying AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in engineering, including AI-assisted testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline management.
