Description

You will provide technical leadership across development, quality engineering, and automation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and manage complex projects from conception to delivery.
• Own and evolve automation and test architecture, including frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Design and implement frontend applications using React and/or Angular.
• Develop backend services using Java 17+ and leverage modern language features.
• Set engineering standards and best practices across teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in frontend frameworks, specifically React and/or Angular.
• Advanced backend development skills using Java 17+.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, EC2, DynamoDB, and serverless architectures.
• Proven experience applying AI and LLMs in engineering environments, including AI-assisted testing and automation.
• Ability to set engineering standards and best practices across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with additional cloud providers or containerization technologies beyond AWS ECS.
