Description

Manage the lead lifecycle and data analysis to support sales stakeholders using agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Develop and manage lead scoring mechanisms.
• Extract and analyze lead data across various generation campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Directors to create and publish periodic pipeline reports.
• Work with marketing teams to ensure campaign leads are assigned to the correct BDS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in lead development or sales operations.
• Proven experience managing leads through the pre-qualification to qualification cycle.
• Experience designing lead scoring systems for marketing or sales organizations within an IT company.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and lead reporting.
• Ability to extract raw data from various tools to build pipeline reports.
• Experience influencing business agendas and providing recommendations to senior sales leadership.
• Working knowledge of Agile Methodology.
