Description

You will lead the transition of application workflows from TFS and Azure DevOps to GitHub while balancing hands-on development with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute the migration from TFS/Azure DevOps to GitHub, including the transition of wikis and dashboards.
• Build scalable, automated solutions for CI/CD pipelines, builds, testing, and deployments.
• Mentor developers on coding standards, security practices, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate security tools and automated testing into the development pipeline to ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, and T-SQL/MS SQL.
• 5+ years of experience working with TFS, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Proven experience performing TFS/ADO to GitHub transformations.
• 5+ years of experience in automated testing and TDD.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and establishing coding standards.
• Knowledge of static code analysis, secure coding practices, and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
