Description

Split time between hands-on engineering and technical leadership to drive DevOps strategy and application migrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of applications, wikis, project management boards, and repositories from TFS/ADO to GitHub Enterprise.
• Build scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Integrate security scanning tools, including SAST, SCA, and GitHub Advanced Security, into the development lifecycle.
• Mentor developers on DevOps practices, code review standards, and test-driven development (TDD).
• Implement automated testing frameworks and establish processes to identify and mitigate technical debt.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
• 8+ years of experience implementing security practices, including static code analysis and encryption.
• 5+ years of experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Actions.
• 5+ years of experience in test automation and driving TDD practices.
• Strong experience with Azure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Proven ability to design migration strategies for source code and project management tools.
• Experience with security tools such as SonarQube, Dependabot, Snyk, or Checkmarx.
• Ability to lead technical debates and conduct code reviews to improve quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining compliance with ADA standards.
