Description

Lead the migration from TFS/Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise and establish automated testing and security practices across the development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Migrate codebases and workflows from TFS and Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
• Establish and enforce automated testing frameworks, including unit and integration testing.
• Implement security practices such as static code analysis, encryption, and automated security scanning.
• Define and enforce code review standards and technical debt management processes.
• Mentor development teams on TDD, code quality, and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
• 8+ years of experience with T-SQL and MS SQL, focusing on query tuning and database optimization.
• 8+ years of experience implementing security practices and static code analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Actions.
• 5+ years of experience with test automation, including tools like Selenium, NUnit, or xUnit.
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and mentoring developers.
• 5+ years of experience in code branching, merging, and release optimization.
• 4+ years of experience with security scanning tools like GitHub Advanced Security, Dependabot, or Snyk.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, Angular, and client-based authorization.
• Familiarity with SonarQube, Checkmarx, and ADA compliance.
