Description

Lead infrastructure development and manage deployment lifecycles for scalable cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead infrastructure processes and lead the team in sustaining a CI/CD model.
• Establish quality gates for every build and drive automation in release management and deployment.
• Manage monitoring, administration, and deployment of systems and services on cloud platforms.
• Implement monitoring frameworks and dashboards to ensure security, availability, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions with development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a DevOps or Senior DevOps Engineer.
• Proficiency in Linux server administration and shell scripting (Bash or PowerShell).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong database administration skills with PostgreSQL, MySQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with web/application servers including Tomcat, IIS, Apache, or Nginx.
• Knowledge of load balancing tools such as HAProxy, Nginx, or PgPool-II.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Netdata, ELK, Nagios, Zabbix, or New Relic.
• Proficiency in source code versioning using Git or SVN.
• Practical understanding of virtualization, containerization, and secure coding practices (OWASP Top Ten).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering.
