You lead DevOps initiatives, drive automation, and ensure smooth software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
• Develop and implement DevOps strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive automation across the software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD and infrastructure provisioning.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps roles with team leadership.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience with configuration management tools: Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Azure DevOps for task tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Experience with serverless computing, machine learning, or AI.
