Description

You will manage and scale cloud infrastructure while driving automation across the deployment lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain infrastructure on GCP.
• Automate infrastructure, application deployment, scaling, and management using Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure security and availability.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth updates in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with current work in GCP or AWS.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency with Jenkins or similar CI/CD technologies.
• Experience implementing IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with remote teams.
• Capacity to operate in unstructured environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
