Description

You will lead platform build engineering and infrastructure automation for Windows, Mac, and Chromebook environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform build engineering for Windows, Mac, and Chromebook to ensure scalable and repeatable builds.
• Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS CodeBuild.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using CloudFormation and CDK.
• Optimize web module bundler configurations, build tooling, and monorepo workflows.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in DevOps principles and automation practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, build engineering, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Cloud, Code, Dynamo, EC2, ECR, ECS, IAM, Lambda, Route53, S3, and VPC.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and AWS CodeBuild.
• Strong expertise in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience supporting desktop and web application build pipelines.
• Proven ability to improve dependency management and vulnerability remediation processes.
• Experience with Windows build environments and OS-level considerations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Electron-based desktop applications and architectures.
• Experience in large monorepo environments using NX.
