You design and implement comprehensive observability platforms for complex systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain observability platforms integrating logs, metrics, and traces.
• Instrument applications and infrastructure to collect telemetry data using frameworks like OpenTelemetry.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts using Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk to visualize system performance.
• Automate monitoring configurations and telemetry collection using Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage full-stack observability using Datadog across infrastructure, applications, and services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system operations and software development.
• 2+ years specializing in cloud-based observability solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise in Python and Go for scripting and automation.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of Observability concepts (Logs, Metrics, Tracing).
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Datadog.
• Familiarity with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security and vulnerability management within observability.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
