Description

You will own the implementation and management of full-stack observability solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage full-stack observability using Datadog across infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Instrument agents for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments to enable comprehensive monitoring.
• Design and deploy key service monitoring, including defining SLOs, creating dashboards, and configuring anomaly detection.
• Build and maintain observability platforms by incorporating logs, metrics, and traces from complex systems.
• Develop scripts using IaC tools like Ansible and Terraform to automate monitoring configurations and telemetry collection.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud-based observability solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise in monitoring, logging, and tracing using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, and Datadog.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Go.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience with container orchestration systems, specifically Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of Observability concepts (Logs, Metrics, Tracing).
• Mandatory Datadog Fundamental, APM, and Distributed Tracing Fundamentals & Datadog Demo Certification.
