Description

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of an end-to-end DevOps engineering system for the product organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a unified engineering system by partnering with automation, quality, and security SMEs.
• Define and institutionalize DevOps best practices across product engineering teams.
• Analyze data trends and pain points to prioritize improvements to the DevOps value stream.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, and global technology services leads to select and adopt optimal tooling.
• Participate in required on-call rotations to support system resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, specifically Kubernetes (K8S) and Docker.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, or GitHub.
• Familiarity with Java and Kafka.
• Practical knowledge of DevSecOps principles and open-source tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to inform engineering decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Any Graduate).
