Description

You will lead the DevOps engineering function, driving transformation and ensuring operational excellence across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps engineering team, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure at enterprise scale.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements for cloud and on-prem workloads.
• Establish and enforce DevOps processes, operating standards, runbooks, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Strong CI/CD experience using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Proven background in infrastructure automation (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or similar).
• Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring and observability using Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving organizational change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across technical teams.
