Description

You will lead the DevOps engineering function, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps engineering team, establishing best practices and driving organizational change.
• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Azure.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements for cloud and on-prem workloads.
• Establish DevOps processes, operating standards, runbooks, and comprehensive documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Proven background in infrastructure automation using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions using Datadog.
• Strong knowledge of containerization, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
