Description

Lead technical direction for DevOps and engineering teams, focusing on automation, infrastructure reliability, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Manage quality assurance, performance optimization, and technical risk assessments for assigned modules.
• Act as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, including architectural reviews and estimations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing status reporting.
• Ensure process compliance across assigned modules and oversee implementation of deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience in DevOps or software engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: Keyspaces, VPC, IAM, and MSK.
• Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines.
• Experience managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development and Git version control.
• Experience with Kafka messaging bus and Cassandra DB.
• Proficiency in .NET, SQL, and AWS ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Storage, and Virtual Machines.
• Ability to use Splunk and Grafana for dashboard development.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
