Description

Lead DevOps initiatives and oversee the pipeline for a complex cloud-based system to enable fully automated continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the DevOps pipeline to enable fully automated continuous delivery across complex cloud systems.
• Build and implement CI/CD pipelines for various services using Google-recommended methodologies.
• Create and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Implement service monitoring strategies and optimize service performance.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and collaborate with team leads to design quality software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
• 2+ years of experience working specifically with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Google Cloud services including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, or TravisCI.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Linux.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
