Description

You will lead DevOps practices and infrastructure engineering.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain scalable architectures using Infrastructure as Code on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure security and reliable deployments in regulated environments.
• Write and review production-grade Python code for automation, tooling, and backend services.
• Mentor engineers and lead root cause analysis during incidents.
• Champion DevOps methodologies and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related disciplines leading complex cloud/container projects.
• Deep understanding of cloud providers (AWS preferred, GCP, Azure) with CloudFormation or IaC.
• Expertise in container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS) and serverless patterns.
• Strong Python development skills, including static typing principles.
• Knowledge of cloud design patterns for scalability, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of cloud and application security, including IAM and secrets management.
• Experience architecting enterprise-scale continuous delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced deployment strategies in regulated industries.
