Description

You will lead the DevOps engineering team and drive transformation across a large enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps engineering team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure at enterprise scale.
• Drive DevOps transformation initiatives and serve as the primary point of accountability for operations, stability, and automation.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in a large, mature enterprise environment.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Proven background in infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Experience with Datadog for monitoring, observability, alerting, and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving organizational change.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SRE frameworks (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
• Experience working in hybrid cloud or complex legacy-to-cloud modernization environments.
