Description

You will lead production support and DevOps efforts for investment and risk systems, managing vendor and in-house applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production support, monitoring system health and responding to alerts or outages.
• Perform root cause analysis for technical errors and incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues independently or provide remediation steps to development teams.
• Document production support processes and DevOps procedures.
• Collaborate with IT partners to automate and simplify software delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology, preferably supporting investment technology solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS.
• Experience with Amazon AWS (Console, S3, Lambda, Redshift).
• Working knowledge of Python or general scripting languages.
• Experience with UNIX-based applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and data flows.
• Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Mendix applications.
• Understanding of markets, asset management, asset classes, and accounting flows.
